Did you know that The Union Oyster House is America's most historic restaurant? We helped them celebrate their 185th birthday this week with cake. A 30 foot long cake, that is, depicting The Freedom Trail sites in delicious, chocolate, butter cream glory. It was fun to practice my German language skills with the folks in line. "Es froit mish zee ke-nuhn-tsew-ler-nuhn."
