You may remember a few weeks back when we enjoyed those fantastic ribs sent to us from Pig Of The Month.
Wll, they also sent us some pulled pork, which we tried a few days later and were just impressed with this. We love a good, messy, pulled pork sandwich but, let's face it, it's a time-consuming task.
We put our cole slaw right on top, as opposed to on the side, and serve it all up on a fresh onion roll.
