FIGMENT Boston 2011

It was a gorgeous day in Boston today so we headed on over to the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway with hundreds of other free spirits, creative thinkers and artists to FIGMENT Boston 2011. This outdoor interactive art exhibit features all kinds of fun and interesting stuff to do and see and it's all free. What more can you ask for? The event runs through Sunday evening so you still have time to make it and we really suggest you do so. It was a great day and a fantastic way to meet friends from all over (lots of international visitors here). So, what will you find if you decide to go? Take a look and see. As usual, you can click on any of the images to enlarge. Have fun!!

Architectural designs you can climb on, play in or snooze under.

Dance lessons. Salsa!

The opportunity to lie in (or even be covered with)a bed of flower petals.

Cool, open air art installations and sculptures.

More cool outdoor sculptures like these "Jellyfish".

Fun, even wearable art.

Quite comfy, impromptu structures amidst the flower gardens.

Pedal-powdered DJ music and dancing.

LOTS of colorful costumes.

Live bands, such as Boston's own Wobblesauce, performing all day.
