Pig Of The Month: Ribs Made Easy

If you're like me you like a good, old heap of ribs once in a while, especially as the weather gets warmer. The problem is that they are sometimes a messy, time-consuming proposition. Well not now. Thanks to our friends at the Pig Of The Month we were able to whip these up in no time.

We get lots of food products here at TBF to try out and write about and most of them never make it to the blog because, well, we just don't like them. We like these. The ribs arrive in a frozen pack, pre-cooked and vacuum-sealed. All you have to do is let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight and you are all set to go.

All you need to do is rip the package open, wrap up the ribs in a double layer of foil and lay them in the oven to cook.

After 30-40 minutes in the oven you unwrap the ribs and slather them with the included Cattle King Brisket Sauce. If you prefer a dry rib you can skip this step.

In almost no time the ribs are done and ready to devour.

The result: delicious, meaty, perfectly cooked and flavorful ribs with an amazingly small amount of work. I swear, it tasted just as if we had spent hours laboring over these babies. Great product. We highly recommend them.

Next up, we'll be trying their pulled pork, another messy endeavor, to see just how easy they can make that!
