Tasting: Popcorn Indiana

We were sent a few bags of Indiana Popcorn to sample recently.  We liked the fact that it's Non-GMO corn.  We had two flavors to try: Bacon Ranch and Aged White Cheddar.

Friends were eager to join us in sampling this Bacon Ranch variety which has a description of being "creamy and smoky."  Everyone agreed that the bacon ranch flavor was there, however mild, but whatever was used to make the popcorn have that "creamy" texture, which it did, also made it taste kind of stale.  Not quite what we were expecting.

The Aged White Cheddar, however, proved to have a much richer flavor, without that stale effect.  This we liked.  These are not for the diet-conscious at 9 grams of fat per serving but if you're looking for a flavorful snack we suggest you go ahead and try it.  If you do, let us know what you think!
