WHAT:    Boston foodies looking to expand their knowledge of French cuisine can pick up invaluable tips and insights from Chef Nicholas Calias at an interactive cooking demonstration at Williams-Sonoma’s Copley Place store on Thursday, June 7. Chef Calias will demonstrate signature Parisian dishes including French Ham Crepe Gratin, Pan Seared Salmon Provençal and Flambéed Bananas Foster, and the techniques involved in his recipes served at Brasserie JO, Boston’s most authentic French brasserie.The cooking demonstration is complimentary and open to the public.
