Product Testing: MilkBite

Yes, we get tons of products that are new to the market sent to us to taste and possibly review. Most never see the light of day in this blog because, frankly, we don't like them. Once in a while, however, we get one that we really do like. We've been having these for breakfast for the past few days now and find them to be a perfectly acceptable alternative to the biscotti we usually enjoy with our morning café au lait, banana, and low-fat cottage cheese. We like that they are made with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives and that's the reason why you can only find them in the refrigerated dairy aisle section at your grocery store. Made with real milk, they boast a great calcium and fiber content. We've tried the strawberry (our favorite) and chocolate varieties so far. Plus, they are portable and convenient for the morning commute. So, if you're looking for a new granola bar type snack that contains real milk and 5g of protein, we say go ahead and get these.
