We were recently at Liberty Hotel for an event and by sheer coincidence discovered their Gallery Night Series. Wine is served in the main lobby as the work of a local artist is displayed. It was packed. The crowd was cool. We even spotted Chef Todd English in the mix.
The July 12 gathering included the work of artist Seth Bernard Minkin.
The series continues on Tuesday evenings and was a really fun way to enjoy a complimentary drink in a very nice setting to start out one's night. (Word to the wise: dress to impress.) Nice idea, Liberty.
