Today's New England Dessert Showcase 2010 featured the world's largest Boston Cream Pie, baked and assembled by the culinary students at Southern New Hampshire University. Just one question: where's the diving board for me? Amazing! Full report on this really fun event to follow.

ReplyDeleteThe cake was definitely impressive, it took up the whole middle of the room. I'm one of The Brewers Cow guys and only got a chance to sample the desserts at the end of the show but all the desserts I tried were great.

ReplyDeleteWe were also VERY imprssed with your products, especialy that Sam Adams Oatmeal Stout ice cream! We tweeted about it from the show with pics. I'd love to do a full post about the ice cream soon. Where can you get it? I'll be checking the web site soon.
This was a great event. And congratulations to Larry and to the SHNU people - you were both so excellent! Yes, the crowd was large but what do people except. I think everyone did as well as they could with it and overall great work again guys.
