Students at The Cambridge School Of Culinary Arts.
We stopped in over at The Cambridge School Of Culinary Arts for their annual Holiday Bakesale. It's an event people wait all year for. The cakes, cookies, and, yes, the gingerbread houses were all fantastic. The school offers many part and full time programs and individuals classes, too. They also present demonstrations hosted by visiting chefs from around the world. So, there's lots of interesting stuff going on here aside from the butter, flour and sugar.
