It looks like the legendary Carroll's Diner is coming back to Medford in a new form. In the space formerly occupied by Il Faro, it seems as if they are going for more of a tavern atmosphere, a fitting choice for the precise spot where the colonial capital of rum production once defined the American tavern. No opening date announced as of yet.
