Chef Jiho Kim In Action
We recently featured Chef Jiho Kim of L'Espalier in our Rising Star Chefs posts. We were blown away by his magical dessert creations. When we ran across this YouTube video of Chef Kim in action we just had to run it here. The smokiness you see is caused by the liquid nitrogen used to create these decadent desserts. Just listen to the diner's comments as they experience these amazing flavors and textures. It reminded me of the video Ferran Adria showed at Harvard last December of people dining at El Bulli.
