Whenever I find an interesting new food product I love to share it with friends. That's why I am starting this new series of posts called "In The Pantry". This cranberry cheddar cheese was recently featured at Whole Foods Market and the minute I tasted it I knew I had to have it. Somewhat mild, I knew it would go perfectly with that Leinenkugel's Berry Weiss beer I picked up a few weeks ago (the pride of Chippewa Falls). It's also suggested for pairing with a nice spicy Shiraz wine. It's a perfect combination of fruit and cheese just in time for the holidays. Enjoy!
