Easy, Delicious Fall Weekend Breakfasts

 


Scrambled eggs with Mediterranean Couscous.  SO, easy to make and an impressive breakfast or brunch idea.  You know how to make the eggs, couscous takes five minutes in a pot, chop some spinach, crumble in some feta cheese, drizzle that pesto, onion, whatever you like or have in the fridge.  I added the grilled sausage from last night's barbecue.  Served with fresh bread, pita or toast.  A mimosa and you are set to go.
